Depending on the type of business, there might be multiple steps in the conversion process and CRO can help push the cart down the path. If there are four steps in the conversion process, we might try starting at the first step and working our way down. If we can achieve a higher rate of potential customers going from step 1 to step 2, and the other steps remain the same rate, we’ve successfully gotten you more sales.
